Crises of the Mind : Sept 11, 1893 and September 11, 2001

108 Years separate the two historic moments in world history. September 11, 1893 when the celebrated Hindu Monk from India called upon the acceptance of world religions....and September 11, 2001 when the adherent of a religious faith propounding extremities attacked the very insignias of yet another faith of complex denominations. The latter thereafter waged a war against the former and the humanity is suffering much more since then.

If the concerns and messages of the savant of 9.11.1893 would have been given some heed to, the dastardly devastation of 9.11.2001 would not have risen in the first place.

Today when the mankind is reeling under tremendous turmoils and travails of multifarious manners, it's time to take a break and ponder over the future of humanity.

A fundamental shift in the design and demeanour of human life seems to be in the offing which can only rescue the planet from self-annihilation.
